Payment

We use PayPal for the secure processing of our website payments.  Credit and debit card transactions are processed instantly.  eCheque payments take 10 working days (2 weeks) to clear before we can dispatch your DVDs.

You may order by post with a cheque or postal order.  Mail order forms are available in Word (.doc) or Acrobat (.pdf) formats.

Dispatch and Delivery Timescales

DVDs and Walks from Waterway Routes are usually dispatched within two working days.

Guides and Maps from other publishers are usually dispatched within five working days.

If you provide an email address we will acknowledge receipt of your order and tell you when it has been dispatched.

Items for the UK are sent by first class post which usually arrive the following working day, including Saturday.

Items for Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by the Post Office Small Packet Service which takes from 5 working days (and may take 12-15 days).

Delivery times may be extended further in December with Christmas post delays.

Postage Charges

Postage rates are in three bands depending on the destination.

United Kingdom is £1.40 for the first item and £0.75 for each additional item (for any mix).

European Union is £2.30 for the first item and £1.25 for each additional item (for any mix).

Rest of the World is £2.90 for the first item and £2.05 for each additional item (for any mix).

Postage rates are set by clicking on the appropriate "Add to Basket" button - if you click on the wrong one then simply delete the item from the PayPal basket and click on the correct button.

DVD Formats

DVDs are in the DVD-R format which is playable on most DVD players and computers.

DVDs are in PAL format for use in the UK and some other countries.  This is different to NTSC, although some modern DVD players and Televisions will work with both formats.

The commentary and text on maps and diagrams is in English.
